Responsibilities of Manager - Research • Manage research projects from start to finish, including designing research methods, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings. • Develop methodologies to ensure research methods are consistent, accurate, and reliable. • Analyze data using statistical methods and software to identify trends and patterns. • Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and dashboards that effectively communicate findings and recommendations. • Ensure that research projects meet all ethical and legal guidelines. • Supervise research staff, including hiring and training new employees, and maintaining a positive work environment. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that research results are integrated into company strategy and decision-making. • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methods. • Review and analyze information from a range of sources and synthesizes that information to determine the relevance and effect on the association, members, and stakeholders. • Supervise and mentor a team of Research Associates and Analysts by providing guidance and support in executing end-to-end syndicate, custom, and consulting projects. • Assist the team in data estimation, primary and secondary research, and report writing. • Collaborate with clients to understand their research needs, provide regular updates, and deliver findings in report format. • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

EDUCATION & SKILLS Master's Degree (in a relevant subject), equivalent qualifications or evidence of equivalent research and analysis experience
