Job Description:
The Marketing & Branding Specialist will be responsible for all branding, marketing, and social
media activities within the company. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking,
and hands-on execution to enhance our digital presence, drive brand awareness, and support
sales activities. The executive will collaborate with various Branding agencies to ensure
marketing strategies are executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
- Provide necessary content and plan social media campaigns for brand and product
awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Prepare and execute strategies for digital presence using SEO, SEM, and Google Ads to
optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Identify events, platforms, and activities for brand awareness and coordinate their
execution.
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
and target audience.
- Maintain website appearance by enforcing content standards and ensuring visual
imagery aligns with branding.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, implementing strategies to improve organic search
visibility.
- Set budgets, target specific demographics, and monitor campaign performance. Prepare
regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for
improvement.
- Any other kind of support for Branding and Marketing related activites.
Sales Support:
- Attend and interact with visitors at the showroom or factory & showcase our range of
products and assist clients with selection by providing relevant information if required.
- Provide detailed quotations to the Sales team as and when required.
- Travel to various brick stores to interact with the Branding team and provide support.
Social Media Management:
- Coordinate with the branding team to create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram,
and other platforms.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors for the design and development of
marketing collateral.
- Schedule posts and maintain digital marketing plans, including SEO and festive
calendars.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on what works and what
doesn’t.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay updated on social media trends and utilize new tools and techniques.
- Use digital ads (Meta Ads and Google Ads) for campaigns, perform regular A/B testing,
and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Update the company’s product image and video database.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing will be preferable.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms .
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in content creation and various editing tools along with Excellent writing and
communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a focus on execution.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and posts.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Ability to maintain and update the company’s digital assets, including product images
and videos.
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
