Job description


The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands. This role involves a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and project management to drive successful marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive works closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to ensure that the marketing efforts align with overall business goals. The Job Role will give exposure to market research, competitor analysis, product knowledge and technology advancement of the Edtech industry at pre-school level.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Research and generate lists of existing and potential pre-schools in your assigned territory.
  • Prepare an analysis of competitors, product offerings, pricing, discounts, etc. and share it with the management and your sales head.
  • Hold meetings and presentations with potential clients on a regular basis, and covert the prospective clients into revenue business.
  • Assist the management and sales head in identifying and evaluating new opportunities and prospective customers.
  • Take guidance and training from the management to ensure high performance standards.
  • Establish and maintain a healthy and cordial relationship with all your clients (B2B)


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Possess best-in-class presentation and communication skills, and ability to independently work in the market, under guidance and assistance of local sales head and HO management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to take direction from management and multi-task.
