Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and contribute to the growth of our brand. You will work closely with our marketing experts and play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Support the marketing team in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns. Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow Ukiyo Stays’ social media presence by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and guest relations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in marketing, travel, and hospitality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, ) and basic knowledge of social media analytics. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
