Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Monitor and analyze campaign performance on Meta and Google, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. Utilize a mix of digital, email, whatsapp and content marketing.


Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Develop strategies to attract new customers while retaining and nurturing existing customers. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and loyalty programs.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.


Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing. Analyze performance metrics to continually improve ROI.


Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.


Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance marketing metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.


Project/ B2B collaboration and Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.



Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a D2C environment. Experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is highly desirable.
