We build automation solutions for waste management industry using industry 4.0 tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT. Our solutions use computer vision to make sorting of waste more efficient at different stages of the waste value chain. With a futuristic vision of revolutionising the recycling industry, today we provide solutions for automated picking, sorting, and segregation of dry waste including plastics. Roles and Responsibilities ·

Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. ·

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors ·

Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, advertising and exhibitions ·

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results. ·

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors ·

Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals ·

Conduct customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer segments ·

Manage and optimize the company's online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising ·

Manage the company's online presence through website optimization, content creation, and social media engagement ·

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts ·

Develop thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry expert. ·

Develop and maintain a strong brand image and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements of a successful candidate ·

MBA with marketing/Diploma in mass communication ·

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing ·

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and overcome

challenges. ·

Excellent communication and presentation skill ·

Proficiency in using advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads, to manage online advertising campaigns. Digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing ·

Knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to create visually appealing content.
