Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Need to analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Management:
    Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (e.G., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals, utilizing audience segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization:
    Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Continuously optimize ad performance by testing different creative elements, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
    Track, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and maximizing return on investment.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and strategies for ad campaigns.
  • Campaign Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.
  • A/B Testing:
    Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad formats, messaging, and targeting strategies, using data-driven insights to drive campaign optimization.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    Utilize advertising and analytics tools (e.G., Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) to manage and monitor campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports
