Responsibilities Material creation, modification, Plant & sales org extension in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG according to rules Validate and Process the change requests via MDG First-level Global & local approver for material master change requests in MDG. Mass creations, changes, and Creation of B.O.M in SAP S/4 HANA. Hands-on knowledge of Material master data views. They were interacting & resolving the end user’s change requests in the Process Director tool within the defined SLA. I am resolving the MDG errors for business users by providing satisfactory solutions. Support Data Management projects including, but not limited to, mass updates and data consistency checks on item master data when needed Coordinate with IT to implement process changes when needed Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, R&D, and Warehouse personnel to resolve misunderstandings and correct
