Responsibilities

: Ability to frequently travel on the ground, expand and sustain the franchisee network Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams across the organization. Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities Create an exuberant franchise relationship to build on the referral network Create, own and Manage Franchise partners responsible for the addition & retention of new supply on the platform MF ASM would be the sole owner for the addition of new supply (property) in OYO in the geography through variable channels Be a representative and work closely with partners and for onboarding, training, and assisting on his day to day seamless operations Assigning inbound and outbound qualified leads for better conversions Ownership of franchise onboarding and compliance based on internal process and policies Accountability of compliance check of properties onboarded by a franchise network Requirements

: Good communication is the key skill and ability to do business development on the ground Hardworking, energetic, intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation is must to have the skill Previous experience in working with a distributer network, FMCG, and telecom preferred Ready to travel as and when required and willing to work on the field. 6 - 7 years of overall experience in sales/Business Development Imp – This is an IC role as the incumbent will be leading the franchise network.
