Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning.</p><p><br></p><p>Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as</p><p><br></p><p>Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography Primary</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP Specifically ELECTRICAL</p><p>BIM Modelling and drawing extraction</p><p>Preparation of Electrical layouts for schematics/SLD, lighting, power, fire alarm, containment, earthening and lightning protection layouts using BIM Responsible for fully coordinated 3D modelling of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit</p><p>To develop concept ideas into drawing details</p><p>Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations Preparation of Fire Alarm & PA Schematic diagrams</p><p>Clash detection, resolution and reporting ensuring a coordinated design Preparation of Electrical services ( ELV, LV, Lighting) shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.</p><p>Should be well versed with Revit and Navisworks tools.</p><p>Knowledge with Autodesk Revit Lighting Calculation Tool</p><p>Preparation of Cable Schedule and Cable tray sizing.</p><p>Responsible for verifying, Maintaining, controlling central access control system.</p><p>Making sure drawing production follows company standards Knowledge,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities (KSA): </strong></p><p><br></p><p>An understanding of industry wide BIM standards</p><p>Very good Knowledge in Revit, Navisworks software.</p><p>Create parametric families.</p><p>Understand and work as per BIM manual/ project standards.</p><p>Strong knowledge in Revit Electrical</p><p>Knowledge in BIM related works</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education & Experience Requirement: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Minimum Graduate in Electrical with minimum 2 years of experience in the use of Autodesk software's such as Revit, Navisworks.</p><p>Preferred Experience in Gulf Project</p>
