Merchandising Associate (Role focus:
Priority Partners Apps) | Gurugram

As a Merchandising Associate you will execute Google Play's store operations with a focus on Apps.

• You will research, curate and create compelling content collections.
• You will execute store campaigns and initiatives;
  working closely with other Merchandising teams and cross-functional teams.
• You will build and maintain content publishing schedules and use internal tools to update the relevant stores.
• You will build and maintain operational programs for merchandising initiatives, using internal tools and working with cross-functional teams as appropriate.
• You will provide analytics support and performance reporting for key programs and campaigns.
• You will operationally support ad hoc merchandising initiatives as required, [which may fall outside of specific focus areas stated above.]

This is a vendor role with Vaco for a client's team, a Fortune 100 company. This position is currently hybrid until further notice.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Google Play's store content refreshes, such as updating weekly collections and banners.
• Maintain store operational calendars and publish content.
• Operationally support data analysis by collating relevant metrics and creating reports.
• Optimize Google Play's store merchandising based on analytics.
• Write and/or edit copy for collections and editorial content.
• Localize relevant global campaigns and operationally support the creation of local seasonal campaigns.
• Research new and trending apps, and test apps for quality.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and analytical skills
• Familiar with digital content management systems
• Strong written & verbal English language skills
• Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach
• BA/BS degree required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with apps or games content
• Strong interest in apps and understanding of landscape
• Familiarity with matrix management structures
• Previous experience in merchandising, marketing, digital, retail and/or content
• businesses

Schedule Requirements:

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
