Principal Responsibilities- Mergers & Acquisitions Building the target pipeline for acquisition via market visits, engagement with internal teams eg. e-comm, digital & MT etc Preliminary analysis of target company and its peers for a Go/No Go decision Deepdive into revenue & cost synergies for the acquisition target under Dabur’s parentage Valuation of target using discounted cash flows, trading and transaction multiples Preparation of the business case presentation to M&A committee Assist in coordination across internal & external stakeholders for due diligence- financial, legal, commercial etc. Preparation of non-binding and binding bids pertaining to the transaction Part of the transaction team for negotiations, drafting of definitive agreements and completion Regularly maintenance of M&A tracker/ database and updating internal stakeholders periodically Deriving insights for business by tracking the competitor and AC Nielsen data; providing regular updates to the business team Conducting financial & business analysis of the company as & when required and identifying the key concern areas

Qualification-

CA Experience - 3-6 Years of relevant experience in IB/ Consulting/ Corporate M&A
