Odoo Project Manager

As an Odoo Project Manager, you will implement Odoo. You will be in direct contact with product managers and stakeholders to study requirements and convert them into tasks for the development team. You will need to provide a project management plan outlining the timeline and ensure these tasks are executed clearly and accurately within the specified time frame.

To achieve this, bringing in individuals with years of experience in implementation in fields such as accounting and finance, supply chain management, shipping, and e-commerce is essential and important for your application.

Responsibilities • Lead the planning and implementation of Odoo ERP projects from initiation to completion. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure flawless execution of projects. • Act as the primary point of contact between the product manager, stakeholders, and the project team. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Manage project budgets and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery. • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Provide training and support to clients and team members on Odoo functionalities. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Project Manager with Odoo ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Odoo modules and functionalities. Ability to understand different business processes. Good communication/negotiation skills. Fluent in English. Ability to learn quickly and execute accordingly. Experience in management software implementation. Mastery in product demonstration. Experience dealing with various industries. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
