We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing travel arrangements, vendor relations, cafeteria services, housekeeping, transportation, and MIS reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of office operations and providing a comfortable working environment for all employees.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Travel Ticket Management :
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to travel arrangements.
  • Vendor Management :
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a database of approved vendors.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and other necessities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Cafeteria Management :
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office cafeteria, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
  • Coordinate with cafeteria vendors to ensure a variety of healthy and cost-effective meal options.
  • Address any issues related to cafeteria services and implement improvements as needed.
  • Housekeeping Management :
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that office premises are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain hygiene and orderliness in the office.
  • Address any housekeeping-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Transportation Management :
  • Coordinate transportation services for employees, including shuttle services and company vehicles.
  • Ensure transportation services are reliable, punctual, and meet the needs of the employees.
  • Handle any issues related to transportation and provide timely resolutions.
  • MIS Reporting :
  • Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to office administration activities.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve office operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports submitted to management.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Marathi and English is mandatory
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, with specific experience in travel management, vendor management, and facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with MIS reporting.
