  • Optimizing inventory levels to reduce holding costs & avoid stock outs or excess inventory .
  • Collaborating with other departments to forecast demand accurately & ensure timely procurement.
  • Overall mentoring of all procurement activities & store management for smooth process .
  • Management of all procurement MIS, PO MIS, Vendor Agreements MIS, AMC MIS, Vendor data MIS, Fixed assets MIS, to be on time .
