As a Business Development Specialist at Mavit Digital, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals that meet clients' unique needs. Key Responsibilities Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients and markets to target for business growth. Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Create Proposals and Presentations : Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services and value proposition. Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with the creative and digital strategy teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new opportunities for growth. Attend Networking Events and Conferences : Represent Mavit Digital at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications Experience : 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a marketing or digital agency. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Knowledge : Familiarity with digital marketing services, including social media management, content creation, and digital strategy. Results-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strategic Thinker : Ability to think creatively and strategically about client needs and business growth. Self-Motivated : Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
