Location-Jammu Working Hours :- (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST) (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK )Timings Job description Supporting the operations team in creating an amazing workplace Plan strategy and ensure goals on track Help Support & Train Sales team on Compliance & CRM Responsible for the operational lifecycle of client, including coordination of the onboarding/termination of new client with sales team Timely and accurate processing of Responsible for managing scheduled segregated tasks on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually basis Work with the sales team in co-ordinating and facilitating the on-boarding process and their Query resolution Suitability Report writing CRM Updates & File Submission File check & Auditing of Sales Develop reports and reporting metrics that will assist Segment Leaders, Branch Managers and Managers with Broker Accountability Assessments. Investigate, advise, or resolve, underwriter technical / account queries. Internal technical / account queries. Liaise with placing brokers, processing technicians and contracts team.
