you will

Fellows (secondees) are professional experts in a specific industry or domain knowledge, who bring rich expertise, experience and perspectives to help accelerate progress and generate impact across various Forum’s centres and projects. Today, they represent an essential part of the Forum strategy for resourcing and collaborating on projects.

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on the operational process of the Forum Fellowship Programme, addressing any inquiries and ensuring clarity
• Support/manage the entire administrative cycle of the fellowship programme, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, People and Culture, IT, and other internal partners to streamline the engagement process for fellows
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the Fellowship Programme, addressing their operational needs, inquiries or concerns promptly

• Proficiency in technology, with advanced skills in Excel;
  familiarity with Workday and Qualtrics an advantage
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data
• Well organised and a service-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
