We're on the lookout for an operations intern to join our team and oversee our app development projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Japanese and Indian teams, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking project progress, and prioritising our sustainability goals.

The internship position is work at the office, and will be paid a stipend of 10,000 INR per month during the internship.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen eye for detail, excel in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, and boast exceptional communication abilities to liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including project owners, designers, solution architects, developers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support Day-to-day accounting Day-to-day administrative support and facilitation Coordinating with other employees Updating project management tools Financial research and advice Attending vendor meetings as and when called for. Understand, evaluate, and clarify the requirements concerned as appropriate. Prepare the necessary documentation. Prepare status reports and submit them to the relevant Submit the Risks and Issues report as called for Workation planning and facilitation. Plan, monitor, and control project timelines and deliverables; budget; and initiate change orders as and when required. Attend training, other vendors, and client affiliates as and when called for.
