Company Overview: Spin N Press is a premier laundry service provider, known for delivering quality garment care through convenient and sustainable solutions. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our collection centers, focusing on store performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient logistics between the stores and the central factory unit.

Position Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of multiple laundry collection stores, ensuring high customer service standards, proper management of pick-up/drop-off logistics, and smooth coordination with the central factory. This role focuses on the operational aspects of store management, customer interactions, and payment handling, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management : - Oversee daily operations at multiple store locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient customer service. - Ensure stores are adequately staffed and equipped for handling customer pick-ups and drop-offs. - Coordinate logistics between stores and the central factory for timely processing of customer orders.

Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, train, and manage store managers and front-line employees to ensure high-quality customer interactions. - Develop staff engagement programs and performance improvement plans. - Hold regular team meetings to discuss operational goals, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Customer Service Excellence: - Ensure stores deliver top-tier customer service and effectively manage any complaints or issues. - Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. - Drive initiatives that boost customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty programs.

Outstanding Payment and Account Management: - Track and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolution of discrepancies. - Implement and maintain systems for monitoring and collecting outstanding payments from customers. - Work closely with store managers to communicate clearly with customers regarding payments.

Inventory and Equipment Management: - Oversee store stock levels of necessary materials, such as packaging supplies and other essentials. - Ensure the proper functioning of store equipment and cleanliness of the stores. - Manage store budgets efficiently, optimizing costs for supplies and staffing.

Logistics Coordination with Central Factory : - Ensure smooth logistics between stores and the central factory, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of garments. - Coordinate schedules for deliveries and collections to optimize turnaround time for customer orders.

Sales and Revenue Growth: - Develop store-level strategies to increase profitability and drive revenue. - Implement promotional activities at the store level to increase walk-ins and customer engagement. - Monitor sales data and adjust operational strategies to boost performance.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in retail or multi-store management. - Proven experience in managing customer accounts and payments. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
