# Roles and Responsibilities: Manage all operations of an integrated diagnostics center, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, including safety protocols, waste management, and legal documentation. Oversee cash handling, petty cash expenses, daily revenue reporting, and card settlements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures. Lead a team of medical and non-medical staff to deliver high-quality customer service, handling patient feedback and implementing corrective actions. Maintain equipment, inventory, and documentation, ensuring readiness for internal audits and compliance with quality standards. Address maintenance issues, escalate unresolved concerns, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations. Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Drive revenue targets, ensure timely staffing, and engage in brand management activities. Serve as the on-site leader, representing the company and ensuring operational excellence.
# Must Have:
Strong operations background with a focus on contributing to organizational growth. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or diagnostics operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to manage multiple locations. Preferred educational background: B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, MHA, Nursing, or Lab Management. Strong skills in employee retention. Availability for immediate joining.
