MIS Management Ensuring timely circulations of daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboard to internal and external customers Provide proactive inputs to the circle O & M team to prevent site outages and maintained uptime Highlighting High Risk sites to the field team based on the alarm trend Adhoc reports/Analysis and Reporting SLA CN/DN DSS and Other Tools for Reporting enhancements Reduction of manual reports & Preparing management Presentations (Internal /external customers)

Database Management

Responsible for database accuracy (Technician/on role manpower /Other geographical info etc.) Supporting the team on new sites/technology update Consolidating all requirements in standard format. Regular updation of Data in ISQ

Audit & Compliance

Understanding of current policies and standards and track any changes in these documents Internal audit of partners Isolation of wrong practices Preparing audit observations report Identifying Training needs and imparting Training on new technology /process Follow up with circle teams for closure of audit observations Regular feedback of applications Performance from field and ensuring the corrections. Circle usage compliance of all reports /dashboards

Performance Reporting

Generation of daily, Weekly and monthly online and offline reports Generation of management dashboards Calculation and verification of PLI for O&M team and communicate to stakeholders Monthly outage reco. validation and highlight deviations to Circles (No mismatch raised by Customer, Energy, Estate and Finance Team) Uptime Validation (Validation basis System RCA, IUTR and CM TT along with FMS and Estate )

Competence Development Ensuring ITTA module 0 training to all engineers Increase the technical capabilities of all engineers through various Knowledge Sessions Regular Review the performance of the team and support them for 100% quality output and productivity

Internal interactions:

All circle O&M Team, Operations Manager, Peers , and Employees in Corporate Office (Operations especially) & Corporate IT Team

External interactions: Customers (OpCo), Application Partners, Corporate IT Applications Partners

Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

Professional Graduate or Masters degree i.e. MCA/BCA/B

Knowledge Required: 'Knowledge of MS office, MIS tools ,telecom knowledge(Active+Passive) upto some extent ,Data base concept, Coding Contract Understanding and Its Execution

Skills / Competencies: Basics of Project Management. Good leadership skills Good communication skills to interact with vendors and stakeholders Customer Management

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration):

Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in IT/Telecom/ISP Should have worked on NOC tools/techniques i.e. Fault Management and Trouble Ticketing tools Working knowledge of IT infrastructure upto some extent
