Oracle Ebs - Technical Architect

Job Description:

  • The Architect would lead and support the Oracle product and technology landscape enterprise.
  • Responsible for end-to-end solution architecting to standards compliance.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, convert, customize, interface, and implement RICEW components using Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Reports, FORMS, and BI Publisher.
  • Utilize UNIX Shell Scripting and middleware tools (SOA, Boomi).
  • Design and develop Oracle objects:
    Tables, Views, Indexes, Partitions, Stored Procedures & Functions, PL/SQL Packages, Materialized Views, Dynamic SQL, Analytical functions, WebADI, etc.
  • Architect and develop third-party interfaces or web services to support EDI, bank, portals, etc.
  • Resolve business process gaps in Oracle with simple, effective solutions with minimal customizations.
  • Present complex issues to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Work effectively in onshore-offshore models.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in solution architecting, implementation, and/or integration in Oracle EBS core and peripheral products.
  • Knowledge of Oracle application integrations, APIs, module dependencies, feature set dependencies, etc.
  • Designed solutions within and outside Oracle, connecting with Oracle applications.
  • Experience in Oracle application upgrades and customizations.
  • Technical domain knowledge in two or more end-to-end Oracle processes (e.G., financials and supply chain, financials and order entry, procurement and HRMS).
  • Proficient in Oracle E-business suite R12.
  • Strong understanding of business flows:
    Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), Cash to Cash (CTC), Hire to Retire (HTR).


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or Humanities.
  • Preference for candidates with a Master's degree and/or certifications in relevant technologies.
