<p><strong> OD (Organization Development)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements : </strong></p><p><br></p><p> Freshers -BE / BTech with MBA (HR) /MSW (HR) or Any Degree with MBA (HR)/MSW (HR)</p><p><br></p><p> Location Bhiwadi</p><p><br></p><p> CTC -Rs384000/- pa</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Specification: </strong></p><p><br></p><p> Preferably multilingual Competency</p><p> Candidate should be sensitive to individual and groups inter-relationship.</p><p> Good in English communication both written/oral (Multi-lingual Preferable)</p><p> Should be a good team player</p><p> Good basic understanding of HR processes and practices.</p><p> Good project management skills Expectation</p><p> Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and act in good faith at the Client site</p><p>being CEO Representative.</p><p> Work with the Ownership of the Project and ensure the successful implementationof</p><p>the project with the required support and resources.</p><p> The person has to maintain high standards in the implementation effectiveness.</p><p>Willingness to travel/relocate and handle assignments in different locations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description : </strong></p><p> Candidate will be the face of the organization at Client place. Candidate</p><p>needs to understand CEOs Products and methodologies.</p><p> Candidate need to understand the project deliverables and handle the projectimplementation.</p><p> Ability to design and handle training</p><p> Ability to design and implement HR processes/systems to increaseemployeeengagement.</p><p> Inclination towards people development.</p><p> Plan the micro details of the project.</p><p> Carry out the day-to-day responsibilities related with the execution of the Project.</p><p> Adhere to the time schedule and execute the tasks assigned to them.</p><p> Play a conscious keeping role and supports the project</p><p>leader/mentor inperforming their role according to the need.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Interested prospects can apply to (e-mail removed)</p>
