Job Description


The Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive is responsible for managing the online reputation of the company, brand, and its products/services. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to online content and reviews, as well as implementing strategies to improve and maintain a positive online presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Monitor Online Presence:

  • Continuously monitor social media, review sites, forums, blogs, and other online platforms for mentions of the company, brand, and its products/services.
  • Track key metrics related to online reputation, such as sentiment analysis, review ratings, and social media engagement.


Analyze and Report:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for clients on the company's online reputation, highlighting key issues and successes.


Engage with Customers:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews and comments.


Reply content management:

  • Create and manage a repository of replies for social media and other online platforms for all engagement driven by users/customers.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.


Crisis Management:

  • Identify potential reputation risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
  • Manage online crises and respond to negative publicity in a timely and effective manner.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the customer service, marketing, and/or PR teams of clients, to ensure a coordinated approach to reputation management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, however, other fields are welcome.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of online platforms and social media channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
