Purpose and Key Objectives of the Job Analyst for the Different Functions. Responsible for the project financials and internal controls across the functional areas.
About the job (Job Responsibilities) Monitoring and pro-actively coordinating compliance with the global Inventory counts at global sites. Connecting with site controllers to maintain inventory count methodology for all sites. Working with IM to set up new outplants up in SAP including setting up cost centers and communication. Co-ordinating inventory counts at outplants. Executing and reviewing standard costing runs at outplants. Approval and communication in line with DoA around inventory differences at outplants. Co-ordinating fixed asset counts at relevant Outplants. Export periodically SAP reports and send the Controllers a review flagging delay, completion. vs months passed etc. contact site to keep track and reminders for cycle counts. Contributes to business strategy development and implementation. Drives the planning and control cycle and related activities. Supports business projects, proposals and investments. Acts as trusted partner to business stakeholders to drive decision-making.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience. 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial analyst / project controlling functions. Worked in chemical manufacturing industry with a global multi-national organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Business Warehouse, Power Bi, SAP Analytical Cloud). Fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Flexible, Feels comfortable in a demanding environment within an international context. Have strong interpersonal skills, creates enthusiasm, be a driver of change, analytical and fact-based.
