Packaging Designer & Key Account Manager

Corugami is a sustainable materials company that provides solutions in packaging, products and spaces through smarter design and better manufacturing practices.

We are looking for a creative person who will thrive in a fast-paced startup, somebody who is proactive and can work independently.

As a KAM & Packaging Designer, you will be representing Corugami at our client location in Delhi. The client is a large well known company in the QSR and FMCG space and you will be the POC for all packaging across the brand as well as being the key link between our design team and the client team.

Responsibilities:

• Work on identifying opportunities for packaging improvement across the organization
• Work along with our design team to develop creative innovative and unique packaging solutions for our client
• Understand and learn about a wide range of materials like glass, plastics, paper, metals etc.
• Design & Develop concepts that meet client requirements, marketing goals, and customer needs.
• Work with manufacturers to ensure that the packaging design is feasible for production
• Test and evaluate packaging prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards and are functional for the end user
• Work with all stakeholders to implement the solution across the organization
• Create packaging specifications and production files for suppliers and manufacturers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Industrial/ Product Design or Packaging.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience or interest in making KLDs and 2D drawings
• Strong understanding of design principles, 3D modelling and structural design.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and working independently
• Good communication skills and ability to make presentations
