Paid Search Analyst

to join our growing marketing team. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of our paid search campaigns by managing, analyzing, and optimizing them across various platforms. Responsibilities: Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive campaign performance and ROI. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign data to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and optimizing spend allocation. Collaborate with landing page teams to ensure effective alignment with PPC campaigns. Continuously research and identify new, relevant keywords to expand keyword reach and optimize campaign performance. Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge. Review historical campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns. Implement effective PPC strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Assist in managing Display Network placements on Google Ads and other contextual advertising platforms. Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous campaign improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, including paid search campaign management and optimization. Proven experience using search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to present data and recommendations effectively. Experience with website analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive. Possession of one or more valid Google certifications (a plus).
