As a PAUT & TOFD Engineer, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) techniques. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>- Certification in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) techniques.</li><li>- 1 to 3 years of experience in PAUT and TOFD inspections.</li><li>- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASNT, ISNT, ISO, etc.).</li><li>- Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.</li><li>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>- Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) inspections on various materials and components.</li><li>- Follow standard testing procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.</li><li>- Interpret and evaluate test results, and prepare detailed reports.</li><li>- Collaborate with clients and provide technical expertise and recommendations.</li><li>- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>- Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed.</li><li>- Stay updated with the latest developments in PAUT and TOFD techniques.</li><li>- Assist in training and mentoring other NDT technicians.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
