The Role: PureSpectrum is seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a People + Culture and Office Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the People + Culture and Operations team in our Hyderabad office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and the team in India. You will handle both office services and P+C related tasks, helping drive engagement and a true PureSpectrum Experience. Hybrid: In-Office 3-4 days a week. During events, in-office or on-site an additional day can be required.

Role Responsibilities: Office Management: Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the office, conference rooms, and kitchen. Work with the building to create building access for employees. Keep track of inventory, ordering supplies, gifts, and conducting general mail duties. Provide support on miscellaneous office projects in regard to the hybrid work environment. P+C Administration: Provide confidential administrative support to the People + Culture team, including preparation of employment letters, data entry, tracking and maintaining employee files, document and employee retention information. Support the leadership team with routine inquiries from employees regarding company policies and procedures. Understand and advise on the employee handbook or policy inquiries. Manage the day-to-day office operations and ensure procedures are organized. Support the People + Culture team with reports and communications. Employee Engagement: Organize recurring and ad-hoc meeting planning, including scheduling annual/monthly/weekly corporate meetings. Coordinate schedules and logistics with all parties, ensuring meeting topics, agenda, and communication methods are clear. Order lunch for client visits and in-person team meetings. Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee social events. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support onboarding and orientation process for new team members. Assist with full cycle recruitment operations in India (job postings, candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and approvals). Support the People + Culture team with new hires and current employee/vendor management while working with IT for proper onboarding. Employee Relations: Collaborate and support activities across a global team, working with employees around the world to problem solve, identify opportunities to help the team operate smoothly, and deliver a great employee experience.

You Must Have: 1-3 years Human Resources/Office Assistant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite Experience working with c-suite executives Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive energy and excellent time management skills Solid ability to multitask and pay attention to detail Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a global team. Ability to work independently and work within a team environment
