We are excited to announce the launch of a new Kids Library in Raipur, designed to be a vibrant learning space for children aged 1-10 years. Our library will offer a wide range of high-quality books across all domains, with the latest additions to keep young minds engaged and curious. Kids will have the opportunity to explore, pick, and rent books, fostering a love for reading from an early age.

Our library will also serve as a dynamic hub for various workshops, including reading sessions, phonics classes, and other related activities to enhance children’s learning experiences in English

Job Description:
Phonics Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who can engage young learners aged 1-10 years in reading programmes, experiential storytelling classes, and educational workshops. The ideal candidate requires love for teaching, patient with kids and a knack for making learning fun and interactive.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily phonics and reading sessions for children aged 3.5-10 years in English
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and levels.
• Read books aloud to children, fostering a love for literature and improving language skills.
• Organise and lead interactive workshops on reading, phonics, and related activities.
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive learning environment within the library.
• Collaborate with the library team to develop new ideas and activities to attract and retain young readers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or early childhood education
• Experience in teaching phonics or early childhood education, preferably with children aged 2-10 years.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young children.
• Creative, patient, and energetic, with a passion for fostering a love for reading and learning.
