Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in managing master data sets, interpreting P&ID, and collecting data from specification sheets, engineering drawings, and manuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in PM creation within SAP, report development, data issue troubleshooting, and material analysis. A strong knowledge of mechanical (rotating and static), instrumentation, and electrical equipment is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 to Maximum 6 Years experience in SAP PM Module and Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge of Reliability and Asset Management is Preferable
- Identification of Maintainable spare parts and bills of materials
- Mapping the Attributes and assigning of Group codes and logic codes (UNSPSC)
- Physical verification and data collection of stock items in the General house.
- Checking the Physical Quality of the Item.
- Knowledge of Mechanical (Rotating & Static), Instrumentation & Electrical Equipment.
- Knowledge of setting up Functional location, Equipment master, PM/PDM Plan, Job task & Spare parts in SAP
- Material Cataloguing, Data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duplication, create/updating master data in SAP-MDG is preferable
- Classifying the materials according to the Data Dictionary
- Analyzing the Data - Standardization of Spares Data-Assign Noun/Modifier to the existing materials -e- cataloguing-Data Cleansing
- Duplicate resolution of the existing items
- Meetings with client discussion and following their suggestion about Material Cataloguing
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of material flow and part delivery within the organization
- Capable of training and leading teams for ERP Maintenance and Materials data preparation and Performing Data Analysis for gap identification in the system.
- Capable of understanding current methodologies, Tools, Techniques, and related Industrial standards
- Data Enrichment based on supplier and manufacturer details by referring to reference documents, open details via Weblink, and focusing material data integrity
Required Other Skills:
- Good Communication and Aptitude skills.
- Good knowledge of CMMS
- Should be experience in Physical Verification
- Ability to present good progress reports as desired in each project.
- Strong in MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP PM is an added advantage
- Require good Individual contributor and team management capabilities.

UG/PG/Diploma in BE (Mechanical) , BE (Electrical or Instrument) or any other related field
