About Children First: Children First is a child and adolescent mental health service in Delhi and Gurgaon. We have been providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents uptil 25 years for over a decade. The CF team is led by Dr Amit Sen, Dr Shelja Sen and Dr Kavita Arora, who have deep expertise and extensive experience in the child and adolescent mental health space. Over the years they were joined by some of the most committed, empathetic, and skilled professionals, building a multidisciplinary team, which continues to grow. Qualifications: Essential: MPhill Desirable: PhD in Clinical Psychology with RCI registration Job Requirements: • We are looking for applicants who are ready to commit to learning and building high-quality services. • The job requirements include intakes, assessments, therapy, group work, working with families, opportunities for training and community work. • You would get to work with a highly experienced, committed and creative team. • You would get to be part of a service mainly influenced by narrative therapy, family therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and arts-based therapy. • You would be required to work with rigour, follow ethical practices and work collaboratively with children, young people, families and communities. • Six days are working with an eight-hour shift a day. (Monday to Saturday). Sundays are off. • Languages -Should be fluent in Hindi and English • For the first six months the person would be trained intensively by our highly qualified and experienced team This is a full-time, on-site job.
