Specifications:: Experience (in years) : 15-18 years (including atleast 5 years in leadership role) Industry Preferred : Automotive manufacturing Industry Qualifications : Chartered Accountant (added qualification will be advantage)

Roles & responsibilities:: Directing the accounting operations at the Plant in accordance with IND-AS as well as other statutory requirements. Leading the annual budgeting process for the plant. Developing, reviewing and analysing standard costs for all new products and product line extensions, including the annual standard update, development of labor and overhead rates. Coordinating the physical inventory and/ or cycle counts encompassing all stock at the plants. Investigating, reviewing and analysing the accounting flow, controls and procedures for highlighting problem areas and developing improvements. Reviewing and approving manufacturing capital authorisation requests providing the required financial analysis where appropriate. Implementing cost-saving initiatives and driving process improvements. Providing financial insights and recommendations to plant management for strategic decision-making. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements. Supporting ERP system implementations and upgrades as needed. Collaborating with respective plant heads to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis. Providing a motivating & engaging work environment.

Functional competencies:: Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and SAP FICO. Estimate product costs to support quoting activities. Financial Systems and Processes: Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection. Knowledge & experience of costing .
