Plant Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the edible oil industry, oleochemicals, chemicals, petrochemicals, or the process industry, with proven leadership skills and a track record of long-term success in one organization. Location:

Tuticorin Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency/productivity and product quality. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet production targets and financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation/ latest technology. Qualifications: Degree in Oil Technology or Chemical Engineering. 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a plant management role. Strong background in the edible oil industry, oleochemicals, chemicals, petrochemicals, or the process industry (in that order of preference). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational excellence. Ideal Candidate: Age: 37-43 years Proven track record of stability and loyalty in previous roles, with a continuous stint of at least 5 years at one reputable company. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving operational and financial objectives.
