Our clients are seeking an accomplished HR Manager based in Vapi to take ownership of the HR function of the manufacturing plant near Vapi. Will report to the plant head and the HR Head.
Will be expected to set up HR systems and processes and drive initiatives to transform the plant into a Modern Business setup.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
Job Description
1. Head HR, Personnel, and Administration of the 600-headcount plant.
2. Introduce HR systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs
3. Manage L&D, PMS, annual appraisals, and other HR functions
4. Ensure employee motivation and engagement, control attrition, compliances, and safety.
Candidate Profile
1. Education:
Graduate / MBAs (Full-time / Part-time).
2. Should have 8 - 20 years of relevant plant HR experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
