Power BI Technical Project Manager

This role requires working in US Pacific Time zone We are using Microsoft Fabric, including Power BI, to access multiple internal data sources to create unified reporting across one of the marketing organizations of a global tech and gaming company. The work involves creating and maintaining internal data connections, creating dashboards, and setting up AI to generate insights on data. An experienced project manager is needed to develop and execute project plans, oversee the development of project deliverables, ensure quality control and provide managerial support to teams. Also responsible for managing customer expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical advice for the successful completion of projects. Additional Responsibilities Ideal candidates for this role will have previous experience in managing Power BI projects, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires a solid understanding of the Power BI platform and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and resources to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, experience and ability to facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, Power BI developers, and other team members. Effective communication helps ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and progress. Qualifications 5-7 years of project management experience. Experience interacting with business stakeholders and understand the requirements Experience in project / program management Experience with Azure DevOps Has an overall familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and knows how to convert requirements into reports using Power BI. Has basic SQL knowledge from analyst standpoint, has worked with Pivots, Cubes previously. Is highly agile and open to changing requirements and re-work as needed. Is accountable, responsive, able to work independently and manage time efficiently. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Excel analysis skills are nice to have.
