We are looking for a talented and motivated Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our team. You will collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to support the sales process by providing business analysis, identifying client needs, and proposing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in business analysis, communication, and translating technical information into clear business benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering:
    Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Conduct detailed requirement analysis and gather necessary information to propose suitable solutions. Collaborate with clients to prioritize user stories, epics, and features, ensuring alignment among the team and stakeholders.
  • Solution Design:
    Work closely with the product and engineering teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Create detailed documentation and presentations to illustrate the proposed solutions.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches, demonstrations, and presentations. Provide technical and business insights to support the sales process.
  • Proposal Development:
    Develop comprehensive proposals, including scope of work, project timelines, and cost estimates. Ensure that proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the sales cycle. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our solutions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, solution designs, and process workflows. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all client-facing materials.
  • Business Development:
    Engage with clients actively to explore opportunities for potential new projects or offshoot projects. Foster repeat business from existing clients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working on at least 2 midsize or enterprise projects from ideation to final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Agile expert with working experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
  • Experience conducting discovery sessions with clients in coordination with team members like Technical Architects and User Experience Designers.
  • When gathering client requirements, you ask detailed, relevant questions to get a comprehensive understanding of what the client wants.
