In order to grow the above businesses in key markets, Proxima is in the process of building its Business Development and Sales organisation. As part of this initiative, Proxima would like to hire experienced Pre-Sales Professionals.

Role and Responsibilities:

Analyzing market data to determine the ideal clients for Consulting, recruitment, and training services Identify key decision makers, Make cold calls and follow-up by sending customised introduction of company and its offered services Facilitating virtual / personal meetings for Sales Team with the identified prospective client Facilitate customized business proposals Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate / Post Graduate having atleast 4+ years of experience in Pre-sales function in a reputed Services company Hands-on experience and expertise in establishing relationships with Decision-makers of the prospective clients Proven track-record of facilitating Sales team to acquire new clients Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
