to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and professional presentations. As a Presentation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop, design, and enhance decks and other presentation materials to effectively communicate key messages, ideas, and data to clients, executives, and teams.
What you will do:
Collaborate with various departments (marketing, sales, executives, etc.) to understand project goals and ensure presentations align with company branding and messaging. Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Create high-quality, professional presentation decks that effectively convey complex data, proposals, strategies, and concepts. Edit and update existing presentations with new content, data, or design elements. Utilize graphics, charts, infographics, and multimedia elements to enhance storytelling and presentation impact. Ensure all presentations are optimized for audience engagement, readability, and clarity. Manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality decks in a timely manner. Provide creative input and suggest improvements for presentation materials. Ensure accuracy and alignment of all data and visuals in presentations. Stay updated on design trends, presentation tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality of company presentations.

Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation software. Strong design skills with experience in creating professional, branded presentations. Ability to translate complex data and ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout design. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and understand project requirements. A portfolio showcasing previous presentation design work is required.
