Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the management of database systems and technical business analysis projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all database systems. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in database management and technical business analysis. Proven experience in a senior management role, leading complex technical projects and teams. Advanced knowledge of database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
