We are hiring for Process Executive - US Mortgage for Jaipur Location.

Mode of Work – Work from Office full 5 days a week

Job Description :

• Strong understand of US Mortgage, Default Administration, underwriting support including Assets, Wages and Income calculation.
• Good understanding of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines is an added advantage.
• Conventional Mortgage underwriting.
• Experience in calculating income for both salaried and self employed.
• Good understanding of asset review, appraisal review, credit review, underwriting, income calculation.
• Able to fore forecast, plan and deliver effectively at engagement level.
• Identify and critically analyze the trend and implement actions

• Provide input to the customer on areas other than project work and build confidence with the customer at higher levels to be treated as an advisor.
