Sombansi Enviro Engg Pvt Ltd specializes in developing turnkey projects for Sewage Treatment Plants, sewage systems, Effluent Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and Biogas (CBG) Plants.


Job description

Department – Design

Designation – Process & Proposal

Experience – 1 to 5 years

Education – Should have M. Tech /B. Tech (Environmental Science, Civil, Mech, Chemical) .

Location - Head Office, Ghaziabad (Patel Nagar 1st, Near Purana Bus Stand)

Industry - Water Treatment / Waste Management/Construction

Job Description:

1. Water & Wastewater Treatment:
Develop and manage treatment schemes, focusing on unit processes and their operations.


2. Engineering Documentation:
Prepare Basic Engineering Packages (BEP), including process descriptions, mass balances, and equipment sizing.


3.Utility & Hydraulic Calculations:
Perform utility, sludge, and hydraulic calculations for pumps and gravity mains.


4. Process & Equipment Data:
Create datasheets for equipment, pumps, instruments, and prepare valve/pipe schedules.


5.Biological Systems Design:
Design systems like Sequential Batch Reactors (SBR) and Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR).


6.General Arrangem2.Ent & Layouts:
Develop GA Drawings and plant layouts for both new and retrofit projects.


7. Stakeholder Coordination:
Lead meetings with clients/consultants, coordinate with customers, consultants, and vendors.


8. Vendor & Bid Management:
Review vendor documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and manage as-built documentation.


9. Control & Operations:
Develop control philosophies and O&M manuals, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination.


Qualification:
Should have M. Tech /B. Tech (Environmental Science, Civil, Mech, Chemical)

Preferable Industry Experience:
Water & Environment Division;
Industrial Mechanical Draught-man with Experience 1-5 years.

Note:
Candidates would be preferred from WTP, STP & ETP projects.
