Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within the IT industry, specifically sourcing and placing candidates for technology roles across the United States. Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing techniques (including , job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of potential candidates to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles such as software engineers, developers, architects, etc. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and recruiting practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with ATS software and MS Office Suite.
