Job Description:

Product Designer

● At least 4 - 7 years of experience in designing consumer web and mobile application

product (consumer FinTech product would be bonus)

● A good understanding of Frontend principles

● Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.

● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new

features

● Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly

articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.

● Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit

● Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to

practical design solutions

● In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for web

and mobile design.

● Design degrees like Bachelor in Design, Human Factors International or design

related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual

design would help.

What you would do:

● Drive product and design ideation, planning and prioritization of our different

financial products

● Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design

decisions backed by user-behavior and data

● Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering,

Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.

● Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by

coming up with new and innovative solutions

● Softwares/ tools we use:
Adobe CC, Sketch, Zeplin

● Keep up with the constantly evolving field of design for Al/ML, consistently bringing

new ideas to the team.

Bonus skills:

● Video editing skills, experience with Motion Designing

Looking for upto 30 days Notice period. (Early joiners will be preferred)

Experience in Product company/fintech firm is mandatory
