Company Description Kratos Studios is dedicated to integrating micro-gaming communities into Web3 through the development of the powerful P.O.G. (Proof of Gamer) Engine and The Kratos Gaming Network (KGeN). The P.O.G Engine aims to facilitate seamless interactions between gamers and game developers worldwide via the multi-chain gaming data network - KGEN. As a Gaming Live Operations Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the KGeN platform, driving player engagement, and optimizing user journeys and monetization strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including systems designer, game success teams, community team, development, marketing, customer support, and analytics to ensure a seamless and engaging player experience. Key Responsibilities: Live Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the overall platform on both web and app, ensuring stability and performance. Monitor live quests, content updates, and game health metrics. Coordinate with development teams to address technical issues and deploy fixes. Player Engagement: Design and implement in-platform events, promotions, and content updates to keep players engaged. Create and run a liveops calendar of activities. Analyse player behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improving player retention and satisfaction. Monetization Strategies: Develop and optimise monetization strategies, including in-platform purchases, and subscription models. Monitor and analyse revenue performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise profitability. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as player retention, engagement, and monetization. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of new features and updates. Project Management: Work with Project Manager to manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Maintain detailed documentation of live operations processes and updates. Community Engagement: Engage with the player community through forums, social media, and other channels to gather feedback and foster a positive community environment. Address player concerns and communicate updates effectively to the community. Skills: 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with free-to-play (F2P) or live service games. Proficiency with analytics and project management tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, or equivalent. Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the gaming industry. Product Management certification via online courses Working Conditions: This position may require flexible working hours to accommodate live operations and updates. Occasional travel may be required for conferences and game community team meetings in different Indian Cities
