Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of a platform that provides real-time language translation using voice-based AI systems . This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of voice technology, AI, and UX/UI design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading product development lifecycles in voice-based technologies and a passion for creating innovative communication solutions.

Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

• Vision & Strategy:
  Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the real-time language translation platform.
• Product Design:
  Design the product from scratch, focusing on the following key aspects:
  
• AI-Based Voice Translation:
  Leverage AI-driven voice translation technology to provide accurate, real-time translations across multiple languages. Utilize state-of-the-art machine learning and natural language processing techniques to achieve high accuracy and fluency.
• Language Coverage:
  Ensure broad language coverage, including top 5 foreign languages / dialects spoken in USA.
• Real-Time Processing:
  Implement real-time processing capabilities that can handle high volumes of voice data with minimal latency, ensuring seamless conversations.
• Adaptive Learning:
  Incorporate adaptive learning algorithms that continuously improve translation accuracy based on user interactions and feedback.
• Contextual Understanding:
  Develop features that understand and preserve context, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances to deliver more accurate and natural translations.
• Seamless Integrations:
  Ensure the platform integrates smoothly with various devices, communication tools, and existing systems, providing users with a cohesive experience.
• Failure Scenarios:
  Identify and address potential failure scenarios, including network disruptions and translation inaccuracies, ensuring robust contingency plans are in place to maintain service reliability.
• UX/UI Design:
  Collaborate with design teams to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that enhances the overall user experience, enabling easy access to translation features and customization options.
• Performance Analytics:
  Implement detailed analytics to monitor and improve translation accuracy, user engagement, and overall performance, allowing for continuous improvements and optimizations.
• ROI Model Development:
  Develop and implement a robust ROI model to measure the platform's effectiveness and impact on business communication, demonstrating value to stakeholders and users.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI research, and customer support, to deliver a successful product.
• Market Research:
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Product Roadmap:
  Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and features.
• User Feedback:
  Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Knowledge

• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in product management tools, AI and voice technology, UX/UI design principles, and an understanding of API integrations.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
