Product Vision:

Define and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.

- Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders and BAs to gather, prioritize, and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.

- Technical Leadership:
Understand and communicate technical requirements to development teams, making informed decisions on architecture, technology stack, and design. Must have experience in Power BI or related data visualization tools.

- Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and track software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.

- Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and user preferences, ensuring the product remains competitive and valuable.

- Release Management:
Define release plans, manage feature rollouts, and address post-launch issues to continuously improve the product.

- Communication:
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.

- Problem Solving:
Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and obstacles to ensure smooth development and delivery.

- Metrics and Analytics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data, and analyze product usage to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product.

- User Experience:
Advocate for a positive user experience, ensuring that the product meets usability and accessibility standards.

- Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, incorporating insights into the product's ongoing development.

- Continuous Improvement:
Drive iterative improvements by incorporating feedback, learning from previous releases, and adapting strategies as needed.

- Vendor Management:
Evaluate and manage third-party tools, services, or integrations that contribute to the product's success.

- Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the delivered software meets quality standards, aligning with user expectations and business objectives.

- Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as technical limitations, security vulnerabilities, or scalability challenges.

- Documentation:
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for the product, including specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
