**Product Manager with B2B SAAS experience**


Job Summary:


As a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the product vision and execution. We are looking for a strategic thinker and execution-focused professional who has experience in B2B SaaS environments. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to deliver products that meet market needs, and ensuring successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy:
    Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company’s goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to shape the product roadmap.
  • Product Development:
    Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products. Ensure all products are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality.
  • Customer Focus:
    Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs. Incorporate feedback into product development cycles.
  • Project Management:
    Drive the execution of product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Metrics & KPIs:
    Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to ensure the success of product launches and ongoing product iterations.
  • Team Leadership:
    Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Experience:
    5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates coming from a B2B SaaS background.
  • Execution Focus:
    Proven track record of successfully executing product initiatives from concept to launch. Prior experience as a Senior Program Manager or in similar roles focused on execution is highly desirable.
  • Leadership:
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and rally teams around a shared vision.
  • Adaptability:
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
