Product Marketing Specialist


About the Role:

As we expand our product features and enter new market segments, we are growing our Product Marketing team. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing product positioning, creating marketing collateral, and driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates Klenty from competitors.
  • Conceptualize and craft educational product content to address customer pain points.
  • Design value propositions for product features and create related blog articles, how-to videos, and landing pages.
  • Write customer case studies, use cases, solution pages, and eBooks based on direct customer insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and write competitor comparison content.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture subscribers and encourage product sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with GTM, product, and other internal teams to create product marketing collateral.


Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS company. Freshers with strong writing skills and marketing acumen are also welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, including customer research, competitive analysis, and messaging.
  • Strong understanding of buyer behavior and customer profiles, with the ability to translate technical content into marketing material.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in copywriting for landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing content.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
